  three days ago, rai and i thought of dropping by seattle to be with twish on her birthday.

two days ago, we coordinated our schedules: rai and i were to meet up at the shaw station of the MRT at 9:30pm. from there, we were to take the MRT to guad, then a jeep to the mall.

yesterday was twish’s birthday. ^_^

by 10, we were already closing in on seattle. we were agitated, pumped up full of adrenaline, and excited to see twish’s reaction once she saw us. we spotted her through the glass doors, busy creating concoctions for customers. by a miracle, rai and i managed to get inside the shop without twish seeing us.

plan A…

we were to order drinks. then, when twish called out the orders, she’d know we were there.

rai and i sneakily made our way to the cashier and placed our orders, being careful to keep our voices down. HAHAHA, the cashier had us switch counters and we ended up placing our orders exactly a foot away from twish! but luckily, she was real focused on what she was doing so she didn’t see us. we returned to our seats, twiddling our thumbs in anticipation for our names to be called. then twish passed by our table and went out of the store…

ooookaaayyyy… so plan A didn’t work. our names were called after she left. but we figured she went on a washroom break, so we came up with plan B.

plan B…

once twish came back from her break, we’d approach her and speak to her out of the blue…

minutes passed before we realized she could be on her lunch break so, we approached one of her co-workers and sure enough, she was on her 1-hour break. we grabbed our things, said our thank-yous and hurriedly left the store. while discussing where to start our search from, twish rounded the corner and we all stood surprised.

hehehe, after a few moments, only then did we approach each other laughing. rai and i were surely as surprised as twish was…

hehehe… after our greetings, we took a table and recounted our adventure to twish, (who we learned was a bit sad the whole day… twish, sorry we didn’t greet you through text. you should know we would NEVER be too busy to greet you on your birthday. never. ^_^) who laughed at our antics.

hehehe… i can’t stop smiling when i remember what happened yesterday…

i already had an entry ready to be posted, but sadly, i cant post it just yet. it’s on a different pc and right now, i’m too tired to get up and retrieve it…

hopefully, i’ll get around to posting it though. it was about my recent two days off from work: two absolutely tiring yet happifying days. ^_^

AGH!!! i’m currently going through a Wicked phase here… kahit na may ibang kanta naman sa mp3 player ko, naiinip ako pag hindi Wicked ang tumutugtog. *ssssiiiigggghhhh*

this post is way too late. but i thought, what the hey, might as well post it. share a bit of sadness.

this is mulawin.

no, i wasn’t the one who named him that. when my folks got him for me, he already had the name attached to him, which is to say, he’d approach only if called by that name. any other name spoken would barely even receive a glance. that’s why the name stuck. i decided to let the name stay as a form of amusement anyway since it was a funny name to give to a dog.

he was an energetic little. a constant delight and source of wonder for me and my family. he was getting a little fat because of all the pandesal we would give him (boy, he sure loved those…). but he was cute nonetheless. the fat on him made him look all the more adorable.

he’s not with us anymore though. we had to give him back because we couldn’t take care of him. we thought we could, but we were wrong. he mostly slept through the last few days with us. i imagine he slept since he couldn’t get anyone to play with him. anyway, from what i heard, he seemed happy to be back by the lake when my folks gave him back. so, wherever he is right now, mulawin… i hope you’re happy. and i sure hope you enjoyed the little vacation you took. we miss you… well, at least I miss you…
